Put wings into large foil baking pan and toss with seasoned flour, just too lightly coat.
In microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Whisk in sauce, marmalade and sugar. Pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Turn wings skin side down. Place into hot oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 and continue cooking about 30 minutes, turning skin side up halfway through cooking time. If not browned enough, turn on broiler and quickly brown.
Serve from pan or put wings onto serving platter and serve alongside sauce.
TO GRILL: Prepare as noted, omitting flour. Grill wing until almost done. Dip into sauce and sear on each side to brown. Serve with heated sauce!
