Let’s Get Cooking!
Drizzle and rub yellow mustard and honey on your Boston Butt as a binder.
Once they’re rubbed all over, add a hefty amount of your sweet bbq rub to both sides.
Place your butt on the grill fat side up at 250°F so your drippings go down into the meat
Don’t forget to probe it and cook it for around 6 and a half hours.
After that, place your butt on the foil in a pan and hit her with some George’s Original Barbecue Sauce aka Carolina Holy Water. Close up the foil and place the pot back on the grill for another hour. In total you should cook your meat for a minimum of 7 hours at 250°F.
Pull the meat off the grill and chop it up to your liking and sauce it up one more time with George’s Barbecue Sauce.
Mix it all together and serve with your favorite fixings!
