George’s Red, White and Black Beans

 1 lb Bacon, cut into 1inch pieces, slightly cooked, drippings saved
 1 lb Red Beans (Kidney or Pinto), drained
 1 lb White Beans (Navy or Great Northern) drained
 1 lb Black Beans, drained and rinsed
 ½ cup Maple Syrup
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 ½ cup George's Original or Hot Sauce
 ½ cup George's Special Sauce
 ¼ cup Honey Mustard
 1 tsp Dry mustard

Preheat oven to 400.

Throw all this stuff together in 11 x 7 baking.

Stir it all together to mix together. Put into oven.

After 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325. Continue baking until hot and bubbly and beans get a bit “tender,” about 30 total minutes.
