Preheat oven to 250. Combine dry ingredients in large foil baking pan.
Heat butter in microwave just until melted (about 1 minute). Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Pour over mixture in pan and using hands, toss about a minute until everything is well coated.
Place pan into oven on middle rack. Bake 1 hour, tossing about every 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread out on parchment paper too cool. Store in airtight container.
