Smoked Chicken Legs

What You’ll Need

12 Pack Chicken Legs

1 Bottle George’s Original

1/2 Cup Preferred Dry Rub (enough to coat chicken)

Drizzle of Olive Oil

Let’s Get Cooking!

  1. Preheat the smoker to 275 degrees.

  2. Drizzle legs with olive oil, and season on all sides with your preferred dry rub.

  3. Smoke the chicken legs directly on the grill grates for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Aim for 175 degrees internally. Liberally brush with George’s BBQ sauce when the legs reach 165 degrees.

  4. Let chicken legs rest for a few minutes.
