Spicy Bites…with George’s Everythang Sauce!

 1 lb Kielbasa or Smoked Sauce, cut on diagonal into about 3 dozen pieces
Everythang Sauce
 1 cup George's Special sauce
 ½ cup Georges Original (or hot) sauce
 3 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
 2 tsp Garlic paste (tube in produce dept)
 1 cup Maple syrup
 2 tsp Black Pepper

Put George’s sauces and remaining ingredients into heavy bottomed saucepan.


Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer to reduce by about half to thicken to a glaze consistency.


Pour into bottle with squeeze top. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Heat and drizzle over the kielbasa bites.
