Scrumptious Tuna Steaks
What You’ll Need!
¼ cup George's Hot or Original BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Soy Sauce
2 Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Dry Sherry
8 oz Tuna Medallions
Let’s Get Cooking!
1. Marinade Tuna medallions for 15 minutes or as long as you prefer for flavors to develop.
2. Grill over medium-hot coals to desired doneness, OR Pan sear in pre-seasoned cast-iron!
3. Don’t Overcook - use your thermometer as your guide for the best-done steak.
