George’s Grilled Chicken Skewers
What You’ll Need!

1/2 cup George’s Original BBQ Sauce (Prefer some heat? Use George’s Hot!)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to Taste
George’s Special for Dipping
Veggies & Meats
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
Wooden or metal skewers
Let’s Get Grilling!
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together George’s BBQ Sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add chicken pieces, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let those flavors soak in.
Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onion chunks onto skewers, alternating for a colorful lineup.
Grill Time! Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with extra George’s BBQ Sauce until chicken is cooked through and veggies are nicely charred.
